Complaints

We are expecting up to 1000 people to attend each event at Gilpin Park and residents may be affected by noise and an increase in vehicular traffic. We have worked closely with the Environmental Protection Authority to ensure we are following all outdoor noise requirements, and we will encourage all attendees to use public transport.

A noise complaints hotline has been established for the duration of the Festival. If you would like to make a noise complaint during the event please call 0478 308 630 and staff will investigate. Complaints will be formally registered with the outcome reported back to the complainant. For further information see the Moreland City Council formal complaints process at www.moreland.vic.gov.au.
